3. Returns & Exchanges
We provide a 2-day checking warranty on all products.
🔹 Damaged/Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request an exchange within 2 days.
- We will cover all delivery costs for defective product exchanges.
🔹 Other Exchange Requests:
- If you wish to exchange a non-defective product, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
- Exchanges can be made for the same product or another item from our website.
- No cash refunds will be provided.

- The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
- To initiate a return/exchange, contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery.

❌ Does Not Cover: Physical damage, water damage, or misuse.

- After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
